Cultural Bias within the Ottawa Charter 

In 1986, the World Health Organization initiated a transformative global health movement with the first International Conference on Health Promotion in Ottawa. This pivotal event gave rise to the Ottawa Charter for Health Promotion, which garnered support from leaders and agencies all over the world.
